Wellman Booth and PaR Systems Ltd. Sign Collaboration Agreement

Wellman Booth and PaR Systems Ltd are delighted to announce a collaborative agreement for the provision of integrated designs, manufacturing and installation of the each company’s products to the nuclear decommissioning market in the UK, Europe and Russia. It is anticipated that other markets will benefit from this collaboration in the future.

Wellman Booth specialise in the design and manufacture of a range of high integrity cranes for hostile environments. They already have installations at Sellafield, and at their facilities in Gateshead, they have significant provision for testing, training and development.

Combining this capability with PaR Systems’ advanced decommissioning remote handling products – manipulators, telerobotic manipulators, specialist end effectors and the tensile truss technology, means that the partnership will bring a unique offering to the nuclear decommissioning industry, as well as an ability to provide pre and post sales support in the areas of training, engineering development and maintenance.
