Clarke Chapman are proud to introduce 2024 apprentices in the Assembly & Test and Machining sections at Gateshead (see photo attached). All 5 apprentices start their apprenticeship journey with our training partner SETA (Sunderland Engineering Training Association Limited) for the first stage of their training (6/7 months) where they will learn the basics of their trade, develop an understanding of the world of work, and gain the essential skills and knowledge they need before joining their respective team at the Clarke Chapman, Gateshead facility. Once in the factory, they will continue their learning journey with our skilled workforce (Mechanical / Electrical / Machining) alongside gaining a qualification in the relevant discipline.
